Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes in creating a production? Interested in being part of a production, but not sure being on stage is where you want to be? Try our crew class! Be involved with the crew for the Spring Production of "Seussical Jr."! Every week you'll attend an in-depth, hands-on lesson in design and tech elements that are responsible for generating a theater performance success - this includes set design and construction, lighting design, costuming and basic sewing, makeup, prop construction, sound, technical special effects and more! You will attend production rehearsals on Friday evening, and work on the crew for the Spring Production. As this class is in conjunction with the Spring Production, part of this class will be assisting with auditions and doing a brief interview with the Production Artistic Team (as outlined in the Production Manuel). Please note this class will meet Fridays during Production Rehearsals. Attendance at tech week and at Production shows is required. No snack cards will be available for this class. There is an extra $50.00 production fee due to cover show shirt, script, opening night pizza party, and cast party.
